The Projects House is an independent IT consultancy providing experienced, senior-level technology leadership to organisations that need clarity, control, and measurable progress.

Founder and Principle Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Darrin is a seasoned expert in digital transformation and innovation. As the former IT Director in both public and private sector companies, he led numerous large-scale projects that modernized IT infrastructure, enhanced cybersecurity, and streamlined operations. Today, Darrin channels his extensive knowledge and strategic acumen into his boutique consultancy, The Projects House, where she helps businesses unlock their digital potential.
